Heavy pollution problems in many major cities have created an enormous demand for non polluting city vehicles, especially two-wheelers. Battery-powered electric scooters have by far too short of a range and too long recharging time. 
Therefore hydrogen fuel cell scooters may represent a very broad niche market with very high and immediate demand and immediate demand. Moreover in several European countries and especially Italy, cities, regions and central state have high subsidies especially for the two-wheelers. Non-polluting city cars are also subsidized and in very high demand.
PowerAvenue GmbH will mass manufacture fuel cell systems for hydrogen fuel cell scooters at a very affordable cost. The battery electric scooters are manufactured in China and imported into Europe. When sold, especially in Italy most of these costs will be covered by the subsidies.
The scooters will be imported into Europe, retrofitted with hydrogen fuel cell systems in a PowerAvenue factory in Germany. The market control via Germany that will market the scooters in most of united Europe countries, and especially in Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Rumania, countries with high subsidies. In Italy we have a very favourable marketing net, by interfacing with several hundred selling points which perform revision and control for the region and the country.
